Texas Drip Baseball programs are committed to providing a safe, positive, and development-focused environment for youth athletes.

All volunteers agree to represent Texas Drip with professionalism, integrity, and respect for players, families, and staff.

Volunteers must follow directions from camp directors and maintain appropriate conduct while working with youth athletes.

Volunteer Code of Conduct Agreement

I agree to treat all athletes with respect, maintain a positive environment, avoid inappropriate language, and follow the direction of Texas Drip staff at all times.

Youth Safety Policy

To protect athletes, volunteers agree to:

• Never be alone with a minor in a private setting

• Maintain appropriate boundaries with athletes

• Avoid private messaging or social media contact with players

• Immediately report injuries or safety concerns to staff

-Notify Director or Team Mom if player needs to leave the field for any reason.

I understand and agree to follow the Texas Drip youth safety policy.

Liability Acknowledgment

Volunteer activities may include assisting with baseball drills, field setup, equipment handling, and outdoor event operations.

I understand that participation in these activities carries inherent risks and I voluntarily agree to participate.

I acknowledge participation is voluntary and release Texas Drip Baseball Foundation and its staff from liability related to volunteer participation.

I grant permission for Texas Drip Baseball to use photos or videos taken during camps for promotional purposes including social media and website content.
